September – National Preparedness Month

The upcoming month of September is National Preparedness month in the U.S.  In our role as emergency communications, we have to make sure we are prepared to respond.  But before we can do that, we need to make sure our families are safe and taken care of.  So please check out the DHS/FEMA site Ready.gov http://www.ready.gov/index.html and create the family emergency plan.  Make up a family go kit.  Family is always first.

Thanks
